A demo for the highly anticipated Monster Hunter Rise will be available sooner than you think.
Monster Hunter Rise’s demo will be released in January 2021 for the Nintendo Switch. Monster Hunter Rise is looking more like a timed Nintendo exclusive rather than a full-blown one since it’s been heavily rumored to be releasing on PC in October 2021.
The trailer at the Game Awards showed off two new monsters. Somnacanth, a snake wyvern looking thing, and Bishanten, a flying wyvern that bombards you with fruits. In order to play the demo online will require the Switch online membership. Or you can play by yourself offline.
You, of course, might want to take this with a grain of salt. We have no way to accurately tell if the rumored PC version of the game is real, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was since Monster Hunter World was a massive success on PC with over 6 million units sold. It’s not too far fetched to think that Rise would end up on PC sooner rather than later.
Hi,
I’m Omar. I’m the founder of drakulus.com and the new founder of Petescorner.net. I cover every type of game genre there is and I’m using all of the skills I learned over the last 7 years working on Drakulus to make Pete’s Corner the best it can be. My favorite types of games are strategy, RPGs, and Shooters. That doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy other types of genres. Those are just my top 3. You can expect my brutally honest opinion on what I think of games in long reviews, editorial pieces, and game news coverage.
